Dr. Ballenas has been certified in medical esthetics since 2004. He is a Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician, an Associate Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Physicians, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
Dr. Ballenas is certified to offer treatments in the field of permanent hair reduction, photo skin rejuvenation, removal of pigmented, and fine vascular lesions. Also, Dr. Ballenas is certified in performing injectables (Botox, Dysport, Restylane, Radiesse, Juvederm, and other fillers). Recently, he has become certified in the art of placing absorbable Polydioxanone (PDO) threads for a nonsurgical approach in collagenases and lifting for the face, neck, and body.

Dr. Ballenas is also proud to offer body sculpting lipolysis to relieve individuals of those areas which can not be reduced by diet or exercise. Dr. Ballenas is trained in providing patients (men and women) with Bio-identical testosterone hormone pellets for the treatment of fatigue, osteoporosis, night sweats, hot flashes, mood swings, loss of libido and loss of muscle tone.
Dr. Ballenas offers the most effective procedure in hair replacement today, utilizing the Neo Graft.
