Welcome to Glo Medical Aesthetics (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of glomedicalaesthetics.com (the “Site”), as well as any services, consultations, treatments, appointments, digital communications, or related offerings provided by Glo Medical Aesthetics (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Site or receiving Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

1. Eligibility & Medical Disclaimer

    Content on this Site is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult directly with a licensed medical provider regarding any medical or aesthetic concerns.

  3. Eligibility for Treatments
    All Services are subject to medical evaluation and provider discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or contraindicated.

  4. Age Requirement
    Services are intended for individuals 18 years or older, unless accompanied by a legal guardian and permitted by state law.

2. Informed Consent & Assumption of Risk

  1. Required Consent Forms
    Prior to receiving any treatment, you must complete and sign required medical intake and consent forms. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your appointment.

  2. No Guarantees of Results
    Aesthetic outcomes vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or durations of results.

  3. Acknowledgment of Risks
    You understand that all aesthetic and medical procedures involve risks, including but not limited to swelling, bruising, infection, allergic reactions, dissatisfaction with cosmetic results, and other complications. By receiving Services, you assume all such risks.

  4. Post-Treatment Care
    You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by our medical professionals. Failure to comply may impact results and increase risk.

3. Pricing, Payments & Refund Policy

  1. Pricing
    Prices for Services and products are subject to change at any time without notice.
  2. Payment Due at Time of Service
    Services must be paid for in full at the time they are rendered unless otherwise stated.
  3. No Refunds for Services Rendered
    Due to the personal and elective nature of medical-aesthetic procedures, all completed treatments are non-refundable.
  4. Product Returns
    Skincare and retail products may only be returned if unopened and unused, within 14 days of purchase, unless prohibited by health regulations.
  5. Package & Membership Terms
    1. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
    2. Membership fees may be billed monthly; cancellations require written notice per membership agreement.

4. Appointment Policies

  1. Scheduling & Deposits
    Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at booking, applied toward your service balance.
  2. Cancellations & No-Shows
    To avoid cancellation fees, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment (insert your exact policy). No-shows will result in a charge of $50.
  3. Late Arrivals
    Arriving late may shorten your appointment or require rescheduling. Fees may apply.
  4. Provider Availability
    We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to provider availability, emergencies, or medical necessity.

5. Telehealth Services (If Applicable)

If you receive virtual consultations:

  1. You acknowledge inherent technological risks (interruptions, delays, unauthorized access).

  2. Telehealth is not a substitute for in-person medical evaluation when necessary.

  3. You must be physically located in a state where our providers are licensed during the consultation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, logos, procedures, and information—is owned by Glo Medical Aesthetics or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Prohibited Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with Site functionality

  • Harvest data or attempt unauthorized access

  • Use automated scripts or bots without consent

8. Privacy & HIPAA Compliance

  1. Protecting Personal Information
    We take reasonable measures to protect personal and health information transmitted through our Site or patient management systems.

    Email, text messaging, and form submissions may not always be encrypted. By communicating digitally, you accept this risk.

9. Third-Party Links & External Resources

We may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control or endorse these websites and are not responsible for their content, security, or practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Glo Medical Aesthetics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.

  • We are not responsible for complications or results from failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glo Medical Aesthetics, its owners, providers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Site

  • Your participation in any Services

  • Your breach of these Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in Middlesex County, Newton, Massachusetts.
